Suggested use:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 capsule daily, preferably after a meal.
In the case of antibiotic therapy, it is recommended to consume with the start of the antibiotic and to continue supplementation for 10 consecutive days after the end of antibiotic therapy.
