Aliness Vitamin B Complex B-50 Methyl plus TMG is a dietary supplement in capsule form containing a complex of B vitamins in active methyl forms. The formula is enriched with TMG (betaine), VitaCholine® choline and magnesium taurate.

It contains Quatrefolic® (active folate), methylcobalamin (B12) and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). B vitamins contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and help reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion. HPMC vegetable capsules. Does not contain: gluten, GMOs, flavourings, colourings, sugar, preservatives.
