Hibiscus Herb, is a product that contains 100% dried hibiscus flower. It is recommended as an infusion for drinking.

Hibiscus (Chinese rose) is in fact a ketmia, although in Poland the Latin name, hibiscus, is much more common. Hibiscus Sabdariffa, also known as ketmia or sudan mallow, is an ornamental plant with a number of health-promoting properties, but also finds use in cosmetics and cooking. It is characterised by a high content of anthocyanins, polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamin C and organic acids.

The role of hibiscus in our body

Hibiscus and its properties have been used for many years in traditional medicine. It has been used primarily for the purpose of cleansing the body of toxins, as it stimulates the metabolism, while showing a slight laxative and diuretic effect. An additional benefit of this action is the prevention of water stagnation in the body.

Hibiscus:

Suggestion for use:

Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of hot water, brew covered for 5-10 minutes.
