It can also be found in spice blends such as Bengali panch poron, Yemeni salatah or Ethiopian berbere. Ground fenugreek is great for preparing oriental and Indian vegetable dishes, especially legumes. In North Africa and India, fenugreek has also found its way into bakeries as an interesting addition to breads.
