PowerBar 5 Electrolytes are soluble effervescent tablets containing 5 electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride. A drink prepared from one tablet and water has only 8 kcal. The ratio of electrolytes is adjusted to match their loss through sweat. The tablets dissolve completely and have a natural lemon flavour. Contains 75 mg of caffeine per tablet. Does not contain: added sugar, preservatives, lactose or gluten.
