Palce Lizać vanilla clarified ghee butter is a traditional ghee made from the milk of Polish cows from the Bieszczady Mountains, flavoured with Madagascar vanilla pods, cardamom and cinnamon. It does not contain lactose, casein or gluten – an alternative for people with dairy intolerance. Its high smoke point (260°C) makes it perfect for frying and baking.

Traditional ghee with a hint of vanilla and spices

Palce Lizać vanilla ghee is made using traditional methods – butter is clarified for 8–12 hours with the addition of Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods, cardamom seeds and cinnamon. The raw material comes from the milk of cows grazed in the Bieszczady Mountains. During the clarifying process, water, casein and lactose are removed, which is why ghee is a good alternative for people with lactose and casein intolerance and gluten sensitivity. It naturally contains vitamins A, D, E and K.

Its high smoke point (260°C) means that ghee does not burn or produce harmful compounds during frying and baking. The intense aroma of vanilla and spices brings out the depth of flavour in sweet pastries, vegetables and white meat. It can also be used as a natural cosmetic for the body, face and hair.
