Osavi’s MethylFolate and Methyl-B12 is a dietary supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing active, methylated forms of folic acid (Quatrefolic® ) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin ), highly absorbable by the body. MethylFolate and Methyl-B12 contained in the OSAVI supplement are a valuable combination of ingredients. Because of the interrelationships in the metabolism of vitamin B12 and folic acid, a deficiency of this vitamin can result in folic acid deficiency. In addition, vitamin B6 in the form of coenzyme P-5-P is also involved in the conversion of folic acid and B12 into their active forms, which is why it was included in our supplement.
