Melissa essential oil has been used since the Middle Ages as a means to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, heal wounds promote longevity. Melissa protects the liver and heart (reduces heart arrhythmia), has antibacterial properties, helps fight diabetes, treats herpes labialis. Reduces chronic inflammation, protects against viruses and relieves pain. regulates hyperthyroidism. Used lemon balm for constipation with other oils like peppermint and angelica.

Directions for use:

• Massage: For massage, mix 3-5 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil such as grape seed, olive oil, etc.
• Bathing: For bathing, 10-15 drops per tub of lukewarm water, administer in a stream of infused water.
• Falling asleep: Sprinkle a corner of your pillow with essential oil to help you fall asleep.
• Laundry: Add your favorite aroma to laundry detergent or sprinkle on washed clothes.
• Washing: Pour a few drops of any fragrance oil into a bucket of water to mop the floor.
• Air freshening: Soak a gauze pad and pull it in at the beginning of vacuuming to aromatize the air.
• Car: Sprinkle oil of your favorite scent on the windshield wiper under the door of the house or in the car;
