Naturalne Aromaty Essential Oil Fir – 10 ml

Fir essential oil is used to treat colds, flu and other respiratory problems and skin conditions. It has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic effect, and is indicated for rheumatic, arthritic and muscular pains. It has a strong expectorant effect, relieves asthma. It shows relaxing properties – relieves stress and tension, has a tonic effect in cases of mental and physical exhaustion.

Directions for use:

• Massage: For massage, mix 3-5 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil such as grape seed, olive oil, etc.
• Bathing: For bathing, 10-15 drops per tub of lukewarm water, administer in a stream of infused water.
• Falling asleep: Sprinkle a corner of your pillow with essential oil to help you fall asleep.
• Laundry: Add your favorite aroma to laundry detergent or sprinkle on washed clothes.
• Washing: Pour a few drops of any fragrance oil into a bucket of water to mop the floor.
• Air freshening: Soak a gauze pad and pull it in at the beginning of vacuuming to aromatize the air.
• Car: Sprinkle oil of your favorite scent on the windshield wiper under the door of the house or in the car;
  Soak a dried car tree or refill an empty air freshener cartridge.

Usage:

• Do not use orally.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• May cause sensitization by skin contact.
• Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse changes in the aquatic environment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid skin contamination.
• Seek medical advice immediately if swallowed.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
