MycoMedica MycoSleep is a powdered dietary supplement. It contains a blend of reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) and liquorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis).

The daily dose (1 teaspoon) provides 2000 mg of reishi, 800 mg of jujube extract and 200 mg of liquorice extract. Intended for adults and children from 3 years of age. Does not contain: flavourings, colourings, preservatives, added sugar or sweeteners.

Suggested use:

1 teaspoon of powder per day. Measure the powder with the provided teaspoon and mix in 20 ml of warm water (children from 3 to 15 years half a teaspoon per day). Use on an empty stomach about 1 hour before bedtime.
