Method of preparation

The flakes will dissolve momentarily, forming a ready-made magnesium bath. It is possible to use more flakes in cases of severe fatigue or increased need for body regeneration, but do not use doses greater than 1.5 kg per bath. In smaller amounts (approximately 100 g), the flakes can also be used for a magnesium foot bath.

2. Lie comfortably in the prepared magnesium bath The bath should last a minimum of 20 minutes to achieve the desired effects and to allow the magnesium to have time to penetrate the skin into the body.

3. When the bath is finished, rinse your body under running water.
