How to use:

It is recommended to prepare a salt bath in a 1% concentration. Dissolve 1 kilogram of Dead Sea salt in a 100-litre bathtub.

Pour the appropriate amount of salt into a bathtub filled with warm water at a temperature of about 38°C. The water should not contain any detergents or bath liquids. Immerse your body in the brine for about 20 minutes. After the bath, rinse your body with running water. Use the bath twice a week.
