Isntree Hyper Vitamin C 23 Serum contains a powerful dose of 23% pure vitamin C to effectively reduce hyperpigmentation and improve skin radiance. The serum is rich in ascorbic acid for improved skin tone, tocopherol for antioxidant support and panthenol for skin barrier strengthening and hydration. In addition, the addition of birch sap leaves skin hydrated and soothed with a fast-absorbing, lightweight formula.
