Each cereal brings its own unique properties to the porridge:

• Spelt (20%) – rich in protein and vitamins, easily digestible
• Oats (20%) – contains beta-glucan and B vitamins
• Millet (20%) – source of iron and silicon
• Buckwheat (20%) – rich in valuable amino acids
• Rye (20%) – an extremely hardy and valuable cereal

Ingredients:

Organic buckwheat porridge 20%, organic millet porridge 20%, whole grain spelt semolina organic 20%, organic oat porridge 20%, organic rye porridge 20%.

May contain: wheat (flat wheat, semolina), barley.

How to use:

Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in a cooking vessel. Slowly pour in two tablespoons of Mom’s Magic Porridge. Bring to the boil stirring constantly until smooth and cook for 2-3 minutes. To conjure up fruity Mama’s Magic Porridge add a Wand or Spoonful of Mama’s Magic Flavour to the finished porridge.
