Dr. Jacob’s Litmus Papers – 33 pieces

Dr. Jacob’s litmus paper makes it possible to easily determine the body’s acid-base balance (acidity, balance, alkalosis), the saturation of the body with alkaline minerals, and the overall performance of the kidneys and liver. The tests are carried out by easily and discreetly measuring urine pH at home.

How to use:

Collect fresh urine into a container, peel off the litmus paper and dip the indicator field (yellow) into the urine for about 1 second. You can also moisten the litmus paper in the stream of urine being passed. The indicator field must not be touched with the fingers beforehand! Depending on the pH value, the indicator field changes colour. The indicator colour should be compared with the colour scale within 2 minutes and the pH value read off.

One daily measurement is not sufficient and random, sporadic measurements of the urine pH value can easily mislead.

For an ideal determination of an individual’s acid-base profile, approximately 5-6 measurements per day for 3-6 days should be taken.
