The apple-plum snack s consists of 100% apples and plums. Apples are a source of valuable dietary fibre, which improves the function of the digestive tract. They stimulate intestinal peristalsis and also contain ursolic acid, minerals (potassium, magnesium, iron, silicon and calcium), quercetin, and the seeds contain vitamin B17.

Plums dried contain more vitamin A and fibre than fresh fruit. These fruits contain 7.1g of dietary fibre per 100g and, according to European Union regulations, we can say that they are a rich source of fibre (100g of the product covers nearly 30% of the adequate intake (AI) of 25g/day).
