Suggested use:

Mix 1 serving of (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons of) powder with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings per day; the first 45 minutes after training and the second serving between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and one in the evening.
