What is Christmas-scented essential oil?
Essential oils have been appreciated in medicine since ancient times. Their popularity has not waned to this day. They have a positive effect on the body and psyche, and are an excellent alternative to synthetic air fresheners. Not only the most ardent amateurs of alternative medicine like to be surrounded by an intoxicating aroma, created by nature itself.
Christmas scented essential oil and its properties
Each of the four festive oils has scientifically proven healing properties. Orange relaxes, brightens the mind, helps with insomnia, and a bath or massage with it is a reliable weapon in the fight against dermatological problems. Pine warms, disinfects the respiratory tract, is great for various infections, as well as joint or muscle pain of rheumatic origin. Clove is a powerful antiseptic, combats bacteria and various viruses. Its analgesic abilities are often used by dentists and toothpaste manufacturers. In addition, it serves as an excellent deterrent against all kinds of insects – mosquitoes, ticks and moths especially hate it. Cinnamon also has a germicidal effect; used in the form of inhalation or during a bath it will cure, among other things, flu symptoms. It is also used as a remedy for stomach indispositions.
Finally, an interesting fact – some people consider clove and cinnamon oils to be effective aphrodisiacs. Admittedly, this view has not yet been confirmed by scientists…. But I guess it can’t hurt to try? As you can see, Christmas oils are useful not only for the holidays.
