Bilovit Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil – 30 ml

Lemon eucalyptus essential oil is extracted from a plant called eucalyptus citriodora, which is found in northeastern Australia. The raw material used in production is usually the leaves, which, when subjected to steam distillation, secrete the valuable essential oil. Although it is not as well-known as the traditional eucalyptus globulus, its popularity continues to grow. Why?

Oil of lemon eucalyptus – properties

Lemon eucalyptus has antiseptic properties – it relieves the symptoms of many common respiratory diseases (such as asthma and sinusitis). It is also recommended for infections, especially those with cough and sore throat – the oil dilutes lingering secretions, facilitates expectoration and restores normal respiratory functions.

The oil promotes wound healing and also has high antioxidant activity. It soothes dermatological problems, regulates the sebaceous glands, cleanses and tones the skin. It alleviates muscle and joint pain (of moderate intensity), and improves blood circulation during massage. It is a natural repellent that effectively repels mosquitoes, ticks and other insects.

It is characterized by a fresh yet sweet aroma, which can be described as a combination of lemon and rose (note, it sounds inconspicuous, but can easily dominate any oil blend). When used in a fireplace or diffuser, it exhibits a stimulating and refreshing effect, harmonizes and promotes concentration, while perfectly cleansing the air…and the atmosphere.
