Cane Refined Sugar with Molasses is a product belonging to the dark sugars family of British brand Billington’s. It offers the same sweetness as white sugar in flavour, while incorporating a range of complex flavours. It is complete with the natural molasses contained in sugar cane. The darkest of Billington’s brand sugars resembling the colour of dark, dessert chocolate. It is the richest in aroma and flavour. The taste is reminiscent of cuckoo candies from the communist era.
