Konjac noodle pasta contains no fat, no sugar and no salt. It is made from the root of a plant called konjac (grown in China and Japan). It is a traditional Asian product that has been known in local cuisine for centuries.
The pasta does not have a particular flavour, but easily absorbs the aroma of the added spices and ingredients.

Preparation method:
Preparation method I: Drain in a strainer, rinse with cold water, add to your favourite dish.
Preparation method II : Boil for one minute, drain, add to your favorite dish.
Preparation method III : Fry for one minute in a pan, add to your favourite dish.
Storage:
Store in a cool place. Do not freeze. Once opened, store pasta in clean water for up to 2 days.
