Inulin is a plant-based polysaccharide consisting of over 30 simple sugar molecules linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds in an unbranched chain. Extracted from chicory root, it is a rich source of dietary fibre and is used as a dietary fibre. A product with a simple, single-ingredient composition in a convenient powder form.

Suggested use:
