1. Delivery Areas
CuratioPlus delivers to selected locations within Ireland. Delivery availability may depend on the product type, delivery address, and courier coverage.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse delivery to certain areas where delivery is not operationally possible.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been reviewed.
- Orders are typically processed during business days only.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- We may contact you if additional information is required to complete your order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated after your order is placed. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Click & Collect / Pickup: Available within 2–4 hours from selected locations
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Standard Delivery Fee: 4.99 €
- Express Delivery Fee: 9.99 €
- Free Delivery Threshold: 50 €
5. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:
- contact you to offer an alternative where appropriate,
- ship the available part of your order, or
- cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund where applicable.
6. Delivery of Pharmacy and Healthcare Products
Certain pharmacy, healthcare, or temperature-sensitive products may require special handling. We reserve the right to delay, restrict, or cancel delivery of such items if we believe delivery conditions may compromise product safety, quality, or legal compliance.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. CuratioPlus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- the address provided is incorrect,
- no one is available to receive the parcel,
- access to the delivery location is not possible, or
- the parcel is not collected from a pickup point in time,
the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where permitted.
9. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or collection by you or your designated recipient. Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- photos of the package and products where possible.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
11. Delays Outside Our Control
CuratioPlus is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- courier delays,
- extreme weather,
- public holidays,
- industrial action,
- transport disruptions, or
- events affecting supply chains or delivery networks.
