Cold-pressed, unpurified thistle oil is pressed from carefully selected and tested thistle seeds. It is characterised by the delicate aroma and taste typical of thistle seeds and a light straw colour. Due to the cold-pressing method used, the fatty acids in the oil remain unchanged.
