Tickless Eco Kid Ultrasonic Tick Repellent – Brown

Tickless Kid is designed for children of all ages and can also be used by adults. The device does not need to be switched on/off, and remains active for at least 6 months.

Biodegradable casing

The Tickless Eco Kid is a new generation of Tickless devices that feature a biodegradable housing. It is designed for children of all ages and can also be used by adults. It does not need to be switched on/off and remains active for at least 6 months.

The device emits ultrasonic pulses at a frequency of 40 kHz.

The pulses emitted by the device are completely harmless to humans and pets, but they block the tick’s main sensory organ, the Haller’s organ, which is used to target the host.

Ticks can be detected by the device, but it is not possible to detect a tick’s sensory organ.

When a tick comes within range of the ultrasound emitted by the TICKLESS it will be confused and will not sense its prey.

The effective area of protection is a radius of approximately 1.5m.

TICKLESS does not use toxic/chemical substances and is completely safe for pets and humans (including pregnant women, young children, people with pacemakers, etc.

Longevity: At least 6 months

Power supply: To check battery charge: Press the button, the LED behind the grille should flash brightly 4 times – if not, replace the unit with a new one

Range of operation: 1.5m

Use:Hang the device next to your child, do not cover the device (the ultrasound should be able to spread freely).
Remove the pin to activate the device, the LED will then blink

Waterproof: Moisture will not damage the device (IP13) however direct contact with water should be avoided.

Wet treatment:If the unit gets damp or wet, leave it to dry in a ventilated area (you can assist the process with a mechanical air supply)

For maximum protection, remember:

Check the activity of the device periodically (the LED should blink visibly when the button is pressed).

When the TICKLESS is removed, the user is not protected, so we recommend:

• check the environment you are in without TICKLESS (ticks may have been there before, especially if you have a dog or cat)
• checking you every time you return home for ticks that may have been on you accidentally
• application of TICKLESS Home, for protection against ticks in the home

Protection is not effective when the TICKLESS is wet – remember to leave the device to dry when you get home.
