Application

The salt is intended for preparing brine baths, inhalations and gargling. It can also be used for body peeling.

How to use:

Brine bath: Use a solution of 1 to 5%, i.e. 0.5 to 2.5 kg per 50-litre bath. Baths are best taken in the evening, gradually increasing the time from 10 to 20 minutes. The water temperature should be 36-38°C. The water should be free of detergents. Aromatic oils may be added. It is recommended to use 2-3 times a week.

Inhalation: Dissolve 2 to 5 tablespoons of salt in 500 ml of warm water. Inhale the prepared brine using an inhaler or nebuliser.

Gargling: Dissolve a maximum of 2 tablespoons of salt in a glass of water at a temperature of approximately 37°C.
